Unnecessary SSW documents

Having defined the work practices at your place of work it is wise to produce a SSW for procedures that are hazardous

The crux is defining hazardous!

General office work, photocopying, making tea and toast, organising the coffee swindle and going to the shop for milk, will not crop up in the hazardous category

If your staff can’t make a cup of tea for themselves without injury or major drama,  you should look at your selection process, as you may be recruiting the wrong type of people

Teas up!

Have a safe month
