An annual, renewable contract where an initial audit and gap analysis enables us to provide a Safety Management System (SMS) for your company, to ensure your continuing compliance and keep you up to date with legislation changes that may affect your business.
Documentation provided electronically in a PDF format via your own dedicated online portal, meaning you have access to your documents anywhere, at any time.
Our quarterly updates to keep you abreast of any legislation changes or other items that may impact the safe running of your business.
Assistance with Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) for your company, along with other due dilligence checks on contractors or suppliers you may wish to appoint. We will also assist with PQQs for work you may be bidding for.

We will act as your “competent person” for health, safety, environment, and fire matters during the contract period. We will complete an initial audit of your business and work with you towards completing and implementing the findings.
We will re-visit your site at the six-month point, re-inspect and check up on any queries, discuss progress on action points and observations from the initial audit.
We can assist you with planning, building regulations and queries from your Fire Brigade.
